Laura Wilkie may seem young, but at age 25, she has over 12 years of experience recording original music and performing live in the Detroit area music scene. At an early age, Laura started singing in her church choir and various solo performances, where her Mom and Dad saw there was a strong musical talent. Her high school years were spent living between Lincoln Park, MI and Nashville, TN. While in Nashville, she spent time in various recording studios doing session work and eventually recording her first solo debut CD. With two solo releases and countless live performances under her belt, she now has the right pieces in place to propel her musical career to the next level. Laura has appeared on many Detroit radio and television broadcasts, including special events, telethons, and local talent search competitions. During the course of her musical career, Laura’s repertoire has grown to include her own blend of high energy and soulful original music, modern country, classic rock and roll, and today’s popular hits.
